The Real World Asset Report (“RWAR”) is an independent educational and media platform focused on financial education, real-world assets, tokenization, emerging technology, compliance, digital ownership, and related subjects.
Educational and Informational Purpose
All content published by RWAR, including articles, reports, podcasts, videos, interviews, social media posts, newsletters, research, and other materials, is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
RWAR does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or securities advice. Nothing published by RWAR should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security, digital asset, token, investment product, or other financial instrument.
Individuals should conduct their own research and consult appropriately qualified professionals before making financial, investment, legal, tax, or business decisions.
Guests, Contributors, and Interviews
RWAR features interviews, commentary, educational material, and contributions from professionals, companies, researchers, and other third parties.
The opinions and statements expressed by guests and contributors are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of RWAR.
The appearance of a guest, contributor, company, project, product, service, or organization on RWAR does not by itself constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by RWAR.
Introductions and Professional Connections
RWAR may facilitate informational or professional introductions between readers, viewers, businesses, contributors, service providers, and other industry participants.
Such introductions are provided for networking, informational, educational, or professional purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, investment solicitation, or a recommendation to enter into any particular transaction.
Any consulting, project-management, media, research, strategic-development, liaison, or other professional services provided by RWAR or an affiliated entity are separately contracted and compensated independently of any purchase or sale of securities.
That distinction is important because the SEC identifies transaction-related compensation for helping facilitate securities transactions as a circumstance that can implicate broker-dealer registration requirements.
Business Relationships and Compensation
RWAR may maintain business, consulting, marketing, media, sponsorship, collaborative, or other professional relationships with individuals or organizations appearing in or discussed through its content.
Where a relationship represents a material financial or commercial connection that could reasonably affect how content is perceived, RWAR intends to disclose that relationship where appropriate. FTC guidance likewise emphasizes disclosure of material financial or business connections in endorsements and promotional communications.
Compensation received for legitimate media, consulting, research, project-management, liaison, sponsorship, or other professional services does not constitute compensation for investment advice or securities transactions unless expressly stated and lawfully structured.
Donations and Mission Support
RWAR may accept voluntary contributions, donations, grants, sponsorships, or other forms of support for its educational mission where permitted by applicable law and the governing structure of the receiving entity.
A contribution or donation does not entitle the contributor to editorial control, favorable coverage, investment recommendations, preferential introductions, or other benefits unless those benefits are expressly disclosed.
Where goods or services are provided in exchange for a payment, the payment may not constitute a fully charitable contribution for tax purposes. The IRS distinguishes true charitable contributions from payments made partly in exchange for goods or services.
No Adviser-Client Relationship
Use of the RWAR website, viewing or listening to RWAR content, communicating with RWAR, subscribing to publications, attending an event, or receiving an introduction does not create an investment adviser-client, broker-client, attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, or similar professional relationship.
Investments and Emerging Technologies Involve Risk
Investments, digital assets, tokenization projects, blockchain technologies, private offerings, real-world asset structures, and other emerging financial technologies may involve substantial financial, legal, technological, regulatory, and market risks.
Regulations and market practices in these areas continue to evolve. Readers and viewers should independently verify information and obtain appropriate professional advice before making decisions involving their finances or assets.
Accuracy and Third-Party Information
RWAR strives to provide accurate and useful information, but information may become outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate as markets, technology, regulations, and circumstances change.
RWAR does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or continued availability of information provided by guests, contributors, companies, external websites, or other third-party sources.
Editorial Independence
RWAR’s educational mission is based on providing information and perspectives that help people better understand financial systems, assets, ownership, emerging technologies, and related developments.
Commercial relationships, sponsorships, collaborations, or professional engagements do not automatically determine RWAR’s editorial conclusions or constitute an endorsement of any person, company, product, investment, or technology.
